One of the most exciting tools in the fight against cancer is immunotherapy.
Our team uses antigens made by the patient’s own body or in a lab to activate or accelerate the immune system’s defenses—destroying or slowing the growth and spread of cancer cells. We also target a wide variety of cancers through the latest chemotherapy drugs, administered on-site in our infusion care suite by chemo-certified nurses.

Our infusion care suite includes 20 dedicated chairs where patients can receive chemotherapy (as well as injections, phlebotomies, and IV-delivered fluids). This area was designed with an inviting, open concept, so that patients can visit with and support one another. Because comfort and convenience are priorities, we also offer refreshments, blankets, and WiFi access.
Targeted Radioligand Therapy
At our Westside location, we are proud to offer advanced radioligand therapies, including Pluvicto® and Lutathera®, for eligible patients. These treatments use targeted radioactive medicine to deliver therapy directly to cancer cells, while minimizing effects on healthy tissue. Along with these therapies, we also provide PSMA PET imaging, which helps us see cancer more precisely and guide treatment decisions. In addition, through our Alocent clinical trial program, patients may have the opportunity to participate in research studies exploring the latest innovations in radiotheranostics. Our goal is to bring patients the most advanced, personalized options for cancer care in a supportive setting.
lab services
Our onsite lab is staffed by certified laboratory technicians with extensive experience in oncology and hematology blood tests. They perform diagnostic as well as ongoing follow-up testing. Most results are readily available for our doctors when they see their patients.

Dothan Hematology & Oncology offers patients the convenience of Dothan Rx, our full-service, on-site retail pharmacy. Our resident pharmacist and pharmacology technicians have years of experience dedicated to the particular needs of patients with cancer or blood disorders, and are experts in IV-delivered as well as oral therapies.
